When can I expect my order?

The average delivery time is 7–14 days. Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers to you. This allows us to reduce storage and transportation costs, offer lower prices, and provide free shipping on every order.

The expected delivery time has passed. Where is my order?

In most cases, orders arrive within the expected timeframe. However, delays can sometimes occur during processing or transport.

If your order has still not arrived three days after the expected delivery date, please contact us.

I am missing items from my order, why?

We work with multiple suppliers, which means items from the same order may be shipped separately. Missing items usually arrive within 2–3 days. Thank you for your patience.

What are the shipping costs?

All orders are delivered with 100% free shipping, with no minimum order amount.

Where can I find my Track & Trace code?

You can find it on our Track Your Order page. Enter your email address and order number to follow your shipment.

My Track & Trace code shows no information, why?

Tracking updates become available once your package reaches the postal or logistics center. Slight delays in tracking activation are normal.


Returns & Refunds

 

What are the return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Prefer to avoid returning the item?

We can offer an alternative solution, such as a partial refund while you keep the product. Contact us for more information.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive your return, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Yes — if your order has not yet been shipped, we can still make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible.

What if I made a mistake while ordering?

Contact us immediately. As long as the order hasn’t shipped, we can correct the issue for you.

Why haven’t I received a confirmation email?

Please check your spam folder first.

If you still cannot find the confirmation, send an email to info@volieur.com, and we will resend it.

Creating an account does offer benefits such as easy tracking, faster checkout, and order history access.

How do I change my shipping address?

If your order has not yet been shipped, contact us immediately at info@volieur.com.

After shipment, the address can usually no longer be changed.
